Sync Delay Ms
A modifier pipe that delays realtime MIDI events by the set amount of milliseconds.
The pipe can delay from 0.32 milliseconds up to 1 second.
Using this pipe some tricky MIDI hardware sync incompatibility issues can be resolved.

| Bypass | Whether processing is enabled. |
| Delay by | The amount of milliseconds to delay by. |
