After you receive a confirmation from us, you should mail your product to: Užupio g. 5-13 Vilnius LT-01200, Lithuania
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item worth over €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, you should receive the refund within 2 weeks using the same payment method as was used for making the purchase.
If you haven’t received the refund yet, please first double check your bank account statement, check with your credit card company or your bank. If they were unable to provide any meaningful information, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as per our warranty policy. If you need it replaced with the same item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and, after confirmation, send your item to: Užupio g. 5-13 Vilnius LT-01200, Lithuania.
