If you have purchased a hardware product directly from UAB VILNIAUS BLOKAS
(Blokas) or from an official reseller, you are considered a Customer
for purposes of coverage under this limited warranty.
Blokas warrants that the Product will be free from defects in material or
workmanship for a Warranty Period of 12 months from the date of the
purchase of the Product by you, the Customer.

relation to your purchase.
In the event of a defect covered by this limited warranty, Blokas will, at its sole option and free
of charge to Customer, repair, replace or refund the purchase price
paid.
Product that has been repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty
policy will have warranty coverage for the longer of 90 days
from the date of repair or replacement; or the remaining original
Warranty Period. Replacement parts used in the repair of the Product
may be new or equivalent to new or refurbished.
VILNIAUS BLOKAS MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, AND ANY AND ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR
PURPOSE SHALL ONLY BE IN EFFECT DURING THE 12
MONTH WARRANTY PERIOD PROVIDED HEREUNDER. LIABILITY
OF VILNIAUS BLOKAS ON ANY WARRANTY CLAIM SHALL BE
LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID. VILNIAUS
BLOKAS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY
THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF
PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, REVENUES, SALES, BUSINESS,
GOODWILL OR USE.
This Limited Warranty policy applies only to hardware products manufactured by
or for Blokas that contain a valid serial number.
Blokas has no obligation to repair, replace, or provide refunds in the
following instances:
This limited warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the defective
Product to Blokas for repair, or the cost of express-shipping the
repaired or replacement Product to Customer.
